What is the VIP Club?

The VIP (Very Influential Parents) Club is our exclusive online program where parents get support, recipes, tips exclusive activities designed to help them raise healthy kids and connected families. VIP's can join virtual cooking parties, family date nights, and other fun cooking events from the comfort of their own kitchens. Who can participate in your programs?

Healthy Little Cooks programs are designed for families with children ages 0-12 and their siblings, but we welcome participants of all ages! Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or caregiver, our cooking classes offer something for everyone.

Are your programs available in Spanish?

Yes! We offer bilingual programs to serve both English and Spanish-speaking families. Our goal is to make healthy eating accessible to everyone, no matter their language or background.

Do I need any special equipment for the online cooking parties?

Nope! All you need is a basic kitchen setup and ingredients, which we’ll send you in advance. We keep it simple and easy to follow so families of all skill levels can participate.

How can I sign up for in-person cooking classes?

At this time, our in-person classes are exclusively offered at schools and community spaces. Unless it's a pop-up class, hosted by us, most of our in-person programs are private classes designed to support local families at free or reduced price.

The cost for programs are typically paid by sponsors, grants, or community partners, schools, churches, PTA's, etc. We travel to where the need is, making healthy cooking accessible. If you're an organization or organizer with a grant or budget for programming, and would like to host a HLC class in your community, let's meet to discuss your goals and pricing.

What types of meals will we cook in the classes?

Our classes focus on healthy, kid-friendly meals that are nutritious and fun to make and that will feed a crowd. Expect meals like veggie-packed pizzas, colorful smoothie bowls, and DIY tacos that the whole family will enjoy. See a list of some of our recipes here.

Can my child participate if they have food allergies?

Absolutely! We are mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions and can offer recipe modifications or alternatives to suit your child’s needs. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure it’s a safe and enjoyable experience..

What is Healthy Little Cooks Cares?

Healthy Little Cooks Cares is our nonprofit initiative that provides free and discounted cooking classes, kitchen kits, and resources to families in need. Our goal is to ensure that every family has access to healthy eating education, no matter their situation.

Can I book a private event or class?

At this time, our in-person classes are exclusively offered at schools and community spaces. If you're an organization or organizer, and would like to host a HLC class in your community or group with 12 families or 18- 1000 kids, let's meet to discuss your goals and pricing.

How can sponsors get involved with Healthy Little Cooks?

What age group is best for your programs?

Our programs are best suited for families and parents with children ages 0-12. But older siblings welcome to join! We tailor the activities to make them fun and engaging for all ages.

Do you offer any free resources?
