SECTION 1: OBJECTIVE, SCOPE, AND DISTRIBUTION PATHS

1.1 Scope of Policy

This Universal Shipping, Fulfillment, and Exchange Policy (“Store Policy”) establishes the legal terms, operational constraints, and transactional guidelines governing the physical delivery, distribution, and return properties of all items managed by Healthy Little Cooks, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies universally to direct consumer merchandise purchases, premium items distributed via paid consumer VIP Club Memberships, and physical rewards or prizes awarded under the Healthy Kids Cook-Off.

1.2 Multi-Track Account Separation

All operational fulfillments are processed under strict classification lanes based on the user’s initial onboarding data. Shipping liabilities, delivery timelines, and exchange allowances vary directly depending on whether an item is distributed via an independent commercial purchase, a VIP Membership fulfillment track, or an official Competition winner distribution lane.

SECTION 2: PHYSICAL FULFILLMENT MATRIX AND PROCESSING CONSTRAINTS

2.1 Shipping Geography and Destination Restrictions

Physical shipments are limited strictly to valid physical residential or business street addresses located entirely within the United States.

  • We do not ship physical cargo, merchandise, or competition prizes to international destinations.
  • We do not ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or temporary freight-forwarding service facilities. Any order or registration listing a prohibited address type will be held automatically until a valid physical delivery address is provided.

2.2 Processing Windows and Carrier Transit Times

Fulfillment processing timelines run completely independent of carrier shipping times.

  • Standard Commercial & VIP Club Shipments: Orders and membership kits are typically processed and transferred to our designated third-party carriers within three to five (3–5) standard business days.
  • Tournament Prize Shipments: Physical prizes won during the Cook-Off will not enter the fulfillment queue until the parent or legal guardian has successfully cleared all compliance metrics, including the submission of a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and a valid IRS Form W-9. Once verified, prize fulfillment processing can take up to four to six (4–6) weeks.
  • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout or via tracking notifications are non-binding approximations. The Company exercises no operational control over third-party carrier distribution networks, transit delays, or supply-chain disruptions.

2.3 Transfer of Risk and Title

For all shipments, the legal title to the physical property and the absolute risk of loss or damage transfers completely to the recipient the exact millisecond the parcel is scanned as “Delivered” by the third-party carrier tracking system. The Company is not legally liable for packages stolen from doorsteps, porches, or residential mail centers after verified delivery.

SECTION 3: COMMERCIAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The provisions within this section apply exclusively to standard commercial e-commerce retail purchases made directly by a consumer. They do not apply under any circumstances to competition prizes or VIP membership incentive disbursements.

3.1 Strict 14-Day Return Window

Consumers possess a maximum window of fourteen (14) calendar days from the verified carrier delivery timestamp to initiate an authorized return request. Once this 14-day window expires, all retail sales are deemed final, unreviewable, and exempt from any refund or exchange remedies.

3.2 Product Integrity Demands for Eligibility

To qualify for an authorized return and a subsequent statement refund, the item must be returned in its exact original manufacturing condition. The item must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any physical wear, food residue, or cosmetic damage. It must be enclosed securely inside its original branded product packaging with all tags, labels, and instructional inserts fully intact.

3.3 Final Sale and Non-Returnable Classifications

Due to health codes, sanitary regulations, intellectual property protections, and inventory constraints, the following categories are strictly marked as Final Sale and are completely excluded from return, refund, or exchange pathways:

  • All books, cookbooks, curriculum publications, and printed educational materials.
  • All promotional gifts, complimentary items, bundle bonuses, or membership incentives.
  • Any edible food products, raw ingredients, or perishable items.
  • Customized or personalized culinary apparel (e.g., aprons, chef coats, or hats embroidered with names or school chapter details).
  • Digital downloads, software licenses, online curriculum access codes, or VIP Club membership activations once a digital login event has occurred.
  • Items explicitly marked at the time of purchase as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is.”

3.4 Refund Settlement Modalities

Approved returns will be credited back exclusively to the original method of payment used during checkout. The Company does not issue cash refunds or paper checks to alternative parties. Please allow seven to ten (7–10) operational banking business days for the credit to reflect on your financial statement.

SECTION 4: EXCHANGES AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS

4.1 Retail Exchange Parameters

Exchanges are handled strictly as a separate transactional sequence. If a consumer requires a different size, color, or variant of an eligible retail item, they must initiate a standard return for the original item within the 14-day window and place a clean, separate online order for the new variation.

4.2 Allocation of Shipping and Handling Expenses

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs, packing costs, and insurance fees associated with returning an item to our distribution facility. Original shipping and handling fees paid at the time of order are completely non-refundable.
  • Company Responsibility: If an item is verified by our team to have been shipped with an inherent manufacturing defect or an administrative packing error (e.g., the wrong item or wrong size was fulfilled by our warehouse), the Company will issue a pre-paid carrier shipping label to cover the correction costs.

4.3 Tournament Prize and Award Absolute Exclusion

Pursuant to the Master Competition Rules, all physical awards, competition prizes, medals, trophies, gift cards, or corporate sponsor assets awarded through the Cook-Off are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and completely ineligible for return, store credit, or cash substitution. Prizes and awards cannot be returned or exchanged for alternative configurations, sizes, or models under any circumstances.

SECTION 5: MODIFICATIONS AND SERVICE DISCRETION

The Company retains full administrative right to alter, adjust, or completely replace the operational elements of this Store Policy at any time without prior individual consumer notification. Any structural changes will be posted live to this URL, updating the “Last Modified” timestamp.
