Who We Are
We are Healthy Little Cooks, part of the Flavor Uma family of brands. Our mission is simple: help families, schools, and communities use food to raise healthier kids, support parents, and build lasting connections. Through hands-on programs, bilingual resources, and inclusive experiences, we create spaces where food isn’t just about nutrition — it’s about joy, culture, wellness, and family.
With Wellness Jam, our sister brand, we extend that same vision to organizations by bringing people together around food and mental health. Together under Flavor Uma, we’re building a national movement where food connects families at home, classrooms at school, and teams in the workplace.
