1. Wash carrots and chop off stems
2. Wash apples (cut apples if your juicer's size requires small pieces)

Juice both ingredients in your juicer

For extra nutrients or to a taste a variety of flavors, try adding celery, beets, ginger or lime (if you're a beginner, add them separately in small quantities until you discover the flavors your tummy's taste-buds enjoy).
