Class Goals:
To provide kids with a healthy fun cooking experience, while equipping them with knowledge on how to create a few simple and fun recipes of their own.
Variety of topics that Little Cooks will learn:
- How to juice
- Healthy snack recipe
- Healthy fast-food dinner makeover techniques
- How to share your healthy cooking with parents
Duration: 2 hours
Class size: Minimum 5, Maximum 16
* For reoccurring classes: Summer camps and after school programs are available. For larger groups: cooking demonstrations are available.
Location: On site at your location (Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia*)
Cost: $60 pp (includes cost of food) *$10 extra travel fee to DC and $15 to Northern VA

Healthy Little Cooks’ Camps
(After School, Saturday, Summer and Community Group Camps)
Class Goals:
To improve self-confidence in the kitchen among elementary and middle school aged kids. This is an enhanced program for aspiring little chefs.
Variety of topics Little Cooks will learn:
- Healthy shopping
- Meal planning
- Impulse eating, its triggers and healthy snacks to prevent poor eating habits
- Juicing and Smoothie making
- Breakfast recipes
- Lunch recipes
- Dinner recipes
- Creative cook-offs & friendly cooking competitions
Duration: 1.5 hours, once/week for 7 weeks
Class size: Minimum 10, Maximum 16
Location: On site at your school or community organization (Maryland, DC*)
Cost: $375 pp for a 8-week session. Price includes cost of supplies, all instructor fees, food and use of technology. *Extra $10 per class travel fee to DC. Contact us today.

Funding Notice: If your company is a non-for-profit organization, we are please to tell you that this is a fund-able program. We have worked with organizations that have obtained grant funds to cover the cost of our programs in the past. If you have an identified funding source, we will be happy to assist you with the grant proposal. However, we will not search for grant opportunities to meet your needs. Nor in most instances can we lead this grant writing process for you. We will simply offer support based on our previous experience working with non-profits who have gotten funding to offer our programs in the past. Contact us for more information.
